The first ever Calico Taffy record! A Lo-Fi Bedroom Rock hit!
September was a challenge I gave myself to write and record an entire album in one month. As you can see, I was successful!
This album was recorded with minimal equipment. I used whatever I had at the time to make the best songs I can. Are these songs perfect, high fidelity masterpieces? No!
That's okay, though. That's not the point of this record. It was to show off my songwriting skills, and talk about my feelings.
Half-way through the challenge, I dropped my audio interface and it died. Yikes.
Luckily, I had a back-up! An old, 20$ logitech webcam/microphone. The 2nd half of the record was recorded on a 20$ microphone. Yes.
Around the last week of September, I was able to scrounge up enough money for a new audio interface, and the last song, September, was recorded on that.
